Description

We are currently seeking a building maintenance custodian to join our team as soon as possible! Methodical checks and random inspections of the building’s interior are necessary for maintaining the property. This enables building owners to proactively address any potential issues, which in turn, maximizes the span of the building’s serviceability. Qualifications and Skills: • Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds. • Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment daily for each floor. Paying attention to detail maintaining floors, carpet, rugs, windows daily • Complies with all company safety regulations • Disinfect commonly used items such as kitchen tools, door handles, office tools • Remove debris from sidewalks, parking lot when necessary • Empty trash and recycling bins as needed • Stock and maintain restrooms, light clean kitchen • Consolidating boxes from deliveries • Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions Hours are 7:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
