We are a fab shop and construction company. We perform a wide variety of work encompassing wood, steel, fabrication, and rigging. Our work takes place both in a shop and in the field. Most of our projects are unique and out of the ordinary. The majority of our work is close to the Branson area, though at time some traveling may be required. It is our goal to develop a solid crew of hands to grow with the company. We hold ourselves to high standards and will expect the same. We have a no phones policy while working. We are only interested in reliable candidates. Problem solving ability. We need people who can learn and problem solve in a fast pace environment. Working here will be a constant learning experience with new things coming at you all the time. We are interested in people who can absorb, process and learn. Safety. We work safe. That includes eye protection when needed, hearing protection, gloves, proper ladder use and safety harnesses. Some of our work can be dangerous. We take all precautions. We do not cut corners in regards to safety. Candidates will have reliable transportation. Most importantly. The ability to stay focused on task. We have times when its laid back, easy and other time when we have to produce. We are looking for laborers and one skilled craftsman. Laborers: Laborer pay is $20.00 an hour. Laborers will be an extra set of hands. Grinding cutting. Cleaning and house keeping, tool maintenance. Rolling up and out. As a laborer you will be expected to learn and gain skills as they are taught. Laborers should be in shape. Sometimes our work involves a lot of climbing and carrying. We sometimes work at heights as well. Expect to be on your feet all day. Skilled Craftsman. Pay is TBD on experience. We are looking for a craftsman with a strong background in the whole world of carpentry and general construction. We prefer a jack of all trades over a master of one. No candidate will possess all of the knowledge we're looking for, but our candidate will have the aptitude for learning. Be prepared to learn metal fabrication. Our expectations for a skilled craftsman is that person will be a team lead. This person needs to be able to work independently with a couple of laborers and to accomplish the tasks given without direct supervision from management. We want someone who wants to take ownership of their work and be able to learn tasks that are outside the box of "normal" construction. We do some unique stuff here at times.
