As the premier provider of Weed Control, Fertilization, & Mosquito Control services in the CSRA, Lawn Ace is growing and seeking a great technician to help serve our customers! No Experience necessary. Will train the right person to become a great spray technician! Overview: Lawn Ace technicians serve both residential and commercial customers by making regularly scheduled pesticide applications, diagnosing any additional problems on a customer’s property and providing recommendations, and continually communicating with customers to provide excellent value for our customer. Responsibilities: Apply pesticides to lawns, trees, shrubs, and natural areas to safely protect a customer’s property and family. Understand our pricing guides and be able to give accurate estimates to potential customers or upsell current customers on additional services they may need. Complete daily production requirements in a timely manner. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety of our facility. Respond either in person or by phone to any customer requests assigned to technician. Salary based on experience, but ranges from $36,000-$42,000, plus bonus incentives averaging $7,200/year.
