Welder Needed - Commercial Experience

We are a gym in Stratford and one of our machines broke. Someone snapped a screw inside the machine so the piece of equipment cannot be fixed unless we get the broken bolt out. We've tried several times to get the bolt out with no success so we want to weld the machine together so it works again. Please see pics as someone has tried to weld it already but did not have the right machine. If you are interested in this post, please respond with your experience and price to get the job done.
