Job Description Mold Doctor field work includes demolition/removal of wet and moldy building materials as needed, setting up drying equipment, application of sanitizing chemicals in attics and crawlspaces, answer homeowner questions and /or concerns, and work as part of a team with other technicians and laborers on a professional level. Qualifications General Knowledge of construction, drywall repair, and carpenter skills required. The Ideal candidate will be: · Hard Working · Organized · Capable with hand tools and power tools · Able to take direction · Detail oriented · Honest · Dependable · A team player Must be willing to work in a fast paced ever changing day to day operation. Hours will vary based on scope of each job. Some jobs require the use of a respirator or work in tight spaces with wet building materials. Job duties require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation This is a 1099 position with plenty of room for advancement. Yearly salary 40-50k a year.
