Looking for an onsite live in caretaker/maintenance person for 5 apartment buildings located in one square block. Living on site is preferred. A one or two bedroom apartment would offered at reduced rate. Duties include repairing clogged and leaking drains and fixtures, grounds maintenance including snow removal and light landscaping, working with other staff to turn over apartments, patching and painting, replacing lighting and outlets. Must be able to move appliances and furniture and potentially haul to storage or dump. Boilers license not required but would be ideal. Would be the first call for night and weekend maintenance emergencies. Applicant must be self motivated and able to identify and fix issues independently. Must be willing to communicate and meet with contractors, technicians, and tenants when needed. 1 month trail period before moving onsite is preferred. Part time to start but potential for full time.
