Description
Looking for a skilled maintenance person to assist in maintaining several rental properties and a self-storage complex. Prefer if you have general working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electricity, tiling, painting, landscaping, flooring, HVAC, roofing, lawn care, cleaning, and general workmanship. Prefer if you have basic level computer experience to accept and turn-in work orders.
You must be able to work independently without daily supervision.
Pay is dependent upon skill level. Contract or hourly pay can be negotiated.
Must have reliable transportation. Must be drug free. Must pass criminal background check.
