Very friendly purebred "black otter" lionhead bunny

I am looking for a new home for my bunny, he is super sweet and fluffy and has a beautiful fur pattern (white, gray, black, and brown, also known as "black otter") but my allergies get bad by even going in the same room as him. He likes running around big areas and eating veggies out of your hand and greeting you at the door. He used to free-roam our house until I realized I had a allergic reaction to him so currently he has a room for himself. He is partially litter box trained (pees in the litter box but doesn't always poops in the litter box) and has been the only bunny for a while so I'm not sure how he would be with other bunnies but he could use a friend if you have other bunnies. He is fine being around our small dog and is great with kids and visitors. He is very healthy and energetic and is only a year old. I am asking for a reasonable rehoming fee for him (compared to what I paid for him) to make sure he finds the right home. Please reach out to me if you are interested in adopting him!
