need BASSIST, DRUMMER & GUITARIST for indie band!

Hi, and thanks for reading. My name is Daniel and I'm new to Brooklyn from Boston. I am an advanced guitarist, songwriter, and music producer. I'm 24. Me and the singer from my previous band are looking for founding members for a new band. She is a Berklee College of Music grad, and 22 years old. We are both friendly, down to earth, good communicators, and no-BS people. We are looking for like-minded musicians in the Brooklyn area around our age that are looking to play in a committed, gigging band. We are both located in Bushwick. We're looking to practice 1-2 times a week. We both work 9-5 so likely one weekday practice in the evening and possibly one on the weekend. We have an idea of the type of sound we are going for, and have 3 original songs written, but we want all members to be able to make creative contributions to create an original sound. We want to experiment to find a unique blend of genres. We are open to all ideas and genres, but gravitate towards an indie rock/pop sound. Our main idea is that we want a sound that is very high energy and a little rough around the edges, and distorted. Think indie noisy rock with a pop flavor. Some comparable sounds we have brainstormed would be Big Thief, Wednesday, MJ Lenderman, and Alvvays. If you are interested, please make sure that: -you have all your own gear -you have performing experience -guitarist has a pedalboard (at least a couple pedals but we can workaround this if not) -you love playing, writing, and performing music as much as we do and are stoked at the idea of being in a newly formed band. -you have time for this -you are around our age and at least 21+ (i'm 24, she's 22) -(BONUS if you also sing, produce, write, or play multiple instruments) -you are NOT racist, sexist, xenophobic, homophobic, transphobic, etc and are open to all forms of identity.
