Short Description : Searching for landscaper in property maintenance or hardscaping. Hiring all positions from experienced crew leaders to laborers looking to learn the trade and grow. Beginning wage is based on experience. Hardscaping (Experience based but not required) - Training will be provided for inexperienced laborers - Learn the basic phases of building paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps and seating walls. - Experience using equipment like plate compactors, skid steers, excavators, laser level, ect. is a plus. - Lifting materials over 50 lbs. such as retaining wall block, concrete bags, etc. - Drivers License not required but recommended - Working outdoors in different types of weather conditions - Work 8 – 10 hour days Monday-Friday and some Saturdays during busy season Property Maintenance Requirements (Experience based but not required) - Experience using string trimmers (weed whackers), zero turn mowers, walk behind mowers, backpack blowers and other small engine equipment is a plus for mowing lawns. - Trimming shrubs and trees using gas shears, pole saw and other tools. - Cleaning up planting beds using hand rakes and pulling weeds. - Speaking with customers - Training will be provided - Drivers license not required but recommended - Using hand tools to install plant material, edge planting beds and spread mulch - Work 8 -10 hour days Monday – Friday and some Saturdays during busy season
