We need a maintenance person capable of professional level work on various projects/buildings. You have to be able to work independently with no supervision. You don't need to know everything, but you need to know what you say you do. 1st job is this week.
Need brittle vinyl siding carefully removed. Rotting sheathing removed, new sheathing installed, and siding replaced.
Same location needs 2 storm doors installed.
