Come stay with us! Convenient, affordable, and comfortable housing during your stay in Burlington! Choose a single or double room for one, two, or three nights in our modern air conditioned residence halls! Each guest will have an extra long twin bed, dresser, and a desk. We will supply the bed linens and a set of towels. All you need to bring are your personal toiletries. We are walking distance to the race and downtown Burlington! Guests agree to comply with Champlain College, federal, state and local health and safety rules regarding Covid-19 during their stay. Health and safety rules are subject to change based on local, state and federal guidance. In the event of a change, Champlain will notify the Guests. Champlain reserves the right to enforce such health and safety rules including requiring individual attendees to leave the campus for failure to comply with such rules. At the time of this booking, the current Covid-19 health and safety rules include, but are not limited to, the following: Wearing a mask is optional on campus. As a community, we encourage you to wear a mask in any situation where it is the right choice for you and your personal level of risk. Guests who have symptoms of Covid-19 must not come to campus. Guests who have tested positive for Covid-19 prior to their arrival must test negative and have no symptoms in order to attend the Event. Cancellation due to Covid-19. Either Party may cancel reservations due to Covid-19 under the force majeure provision if, due to changes of circumstances, or pursuant to federal, state or local health directives, or Champlain College policy, a Party determines that coming to campus is not permissible or it is in the best interest of the health and safety of the attendees and/or the Champlain community to cancel all reservations. Assumption of Risk. The Guest acknowledges that the novel coronavirus is highly contagious and the Guest may be exposed to illness caused by the novel coronavirus (Covid-19). By confirming housing reservations, the Guest understands and acknowledges that they are responsible for the safety and welfare of themselves and assumes full responsibility for all Covid-19-related risks associated with attending the event and staying in the residence halls . Release and Indemnification. The Guest releases and promises not to sue Champlain College and its faculty, staff, employees, students, agents, officers, trustees, and representatives, from any liability or claim which the Guest may have for any Covid-19-related damages, losses, illness or injuries (including death) to the Group or its guests arising out of or connected with the Agreement. The Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Champlain College and its faculty, staff, employees, students, agents, officers, trustees, and representatives (the “Indemnified Parties”) from any and all Covid-19-related damages, claims, suits, liabilities, penalties, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses) of the Guest to which the Indemnified Parties may be subjected arising out of or connected with this Agreement.
