In this first of a 4-part series of classes, instructor Crystal Stevens will walk participants through a myriad of natural remedies to get them through the cold season. Crystal will teach participants how to create botanical tea blends, cough syrups, infused honey, and pastilles as well as craft each guest their own personalized tea blend.
