Responsibilities Include: -Maintaining Pool Deck, sweeping & pressure cleaning, straightening furniture -Cleaning Pool Restrooms -Trash Pickup and Removal -Use of Pressure Cleaner -Use of small tools for small projects -Light Janitorial/Maintenance of lobbies of buildings including elevator cleaning -Beach cleaning -Light maintenance, including some painting -Light landscaping, including trimming or removal of fallen frons -Must pass a background check and have transportation Benefits Include: Health Insurance/Paid Holidays/Paid Vacation/Paid Sick time.
