Note: This groupwork does not take the place of mental health counseling. It serves as an adjunct to trauma work for bringing the body in safely and building resilience.
During the months of January through May, we will be meeting one Sunday a month in group format. The fee includes all therapeutic supplies and handouts including a tote bag for carrying.
Each class includes group discussion, journaling, breathwork, mindfulness practices, and specific poses for the intention of the month.
This is beginner friendly, no experience necessary. Small classes within a warm and nurturing environment. (Maximum of 8)
Things to know:
You will need to purchase and bring your own: yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, 2 yoga blankets, and 1 yoga bolster. These items will be needed to practice your poses at home between classes.
There are no partial refunds for any missed classes. This is a 5-month commitment and classes build upon each other. You will receive materials for all classes regardless of attendance. I will be offering a 30-minute Zoom session consult for those who miss a class.
Processing fees are non-refundable
Choose between 12:00 - 1:00 PM or 5:00 - 6:00 PM.
