Violist Lila van Giessen performs at The Box Gallery on January 19, 2023! Join us for Art is Instrumental! A magical evening of art and music curated by Rolando Chang Barrero. Featuring violist Lila van Giessen, a sophomore at American Heritage High School, where she plays competitive viola in the orchestra on a music scholarship. She plays professionally in the Palm Beach Atlantic Symphony. She has been playing viola and publicly performing for nine years. She attended BAK Middle School of the Arts for viola, after she played viola and violin in Palm Beach Public Elementary School orchestra.
