Stay after class to enjoy the full lineup of 56 Brewing beer - including our brand new N/A Kolsch, beermosas and micheladas. What's Barry's LIFT? Barry's LIFT is a strength-based class using your own hot bod – no treadmill required. LIFT is designed to improve body composition, build muscle mass, and rev your metabolism through focused, technical strength training.  The class is FREE, but for planning purposes, please register for the class on this page!
