The Gulfport Merchants Chamber would like to personally invite you to the GMC sponsored Gulfport City Council Candidate Debate for 2023! Doors Open at 6pm. Candidates take the stage at 6:30pm and will end no later than 8:30pm. Please come prepared with your questions for our Candidates! They are listed below: Ward II: Christine Anne Brown Christopher Butler-Jones Greg Simek Ward IV: Michael Fridovich Ian O’Hara Each Candidate will get an opening statement then we will proceed with questions from the audience and community. Each candidate will have 1 minute to answer each question and given a 30 second rebuttal. At 815pm we will begin our closing comments. Each candidate will have 2 minutes in their closing comments. The debate will end at 830pm. We are excited to welcome you to this event!
