Join us for an afternoon of ceremonial cacao, intention setting, and bringing your dreams into reality! In this space, you'll be guided through intentional practices that will assist you in connecting more deeply with yourself, gain clarity on your intentions and desires, and you'll leave with a tangible blueprint for the year ahead. This is one of my favorite workshops to hold and I'm so excited to offer it again this year! What to Expect We'll open with a cup of heart opening, ceremonial cacao and then you'll be guided through practices that I have personally used for the last six years to consciously + intentionally begin the new year. You'll definitely need a journal or other way to take notes as this is where you'll be creating your personalized, written blueprint for 2023. It's my intention that you'll also leave feeling clear, confident, and excited about your year to come! Please make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can start on time. What to Bring -- A Notebook and Pen - This is where allll of the magic will be happening 💫✨ -- Water Bottle with Water -- A Favorite Mug (for the cacao) Who am I? Hi! I'm Nikky. I'm a holistic certified coach and holistic massage therapist, specializing in emotional wellness, stress relief, and relaxation. I'm the founder of Wild Quartz Wellness - a holistic healing space in Anchorage where I've offered massage + energy work since 2017. I also offer 1:1 coaching to women who are in the midst of transformation or change in their lives. I host Women's Cacao Circles each month to support women with emotional wellness and heart centered community.
