LIVE-IN Job in Central Florida for 1 skilled handyman / property caretaker. Requires person with excellant property maintenance skills for most all ongoing weekly minor repairs, cleaning, house chores, housekeeping, etc. Job offers very nice furnished apartment as partial trade for your first 22 skilled working hours every week. Thereafter, pay is hourly at $13 to $15 per work hour based on level of skills. Great position with great place to call home. This does requires professional appearance, good background, drug screen and references. This postion is based in Central Florida about 20 miles from Disney area.
