Puppies Dumped & Need Homes ASAP

Unfortunately, the location I live around seems to be a hotspot for dumping puppies. Awhile ago, we found 4 puppies dumped and we’re able to find 3 of them homes, and now while trying to find the last one a home, another puppy has been dumped. We don’t know why. They’re scared, timid, but extremely friendly and just looking for someone to love them. If anyone is interested, please let me know. One is female and black, one is male and brown. I’m posting pictures with them, and I really REALLY need help. I want to find them homes, not just “placement”.
