Small barn and land with pond to lend

Im hoping to find someone who would like to use my barn and land for gardening and small livestock. It has a pond and an 8 x 16 predator proof section in the barn for chickens with an automatic door. There is currently no fencing to protect from predators while free ranging or to protect a garden so that will need to be put up. Any ideas? Feel free to inquire. I'd love to put to good use the barn and land but don't have the time or energy myself.
