Jasper, the Quaker Parrot is 11 years old and I no longer have enough time to spend with him. He is talkative and learns very quickly. I would like to find a new home for him where he gets more attention and love. I have all the items necessary to care for him and am happy to give them to you, including the cage pictured, a travel cage, hood for cage, food and toys. I would like a small rehoming fee of $25 in order to assure your interest and dedication to taking care of Jasper.
