Local Flooring Company seeking Travel Crew Members

We are a company based in Johnson City looking for additional crew members for our travel crews. Currently we are working on commercial projects in retail stores installing rubber entryways and doing small concrete drill and fill around drains. This is consistent travel work and candidates must be willing to be gone for extended periods. Typically we would work a 4-5 day work week and travel to additional sites in between. We work 3 weeks out and have one week home each month. All work is overnight work and shifts usually run 8 hrs or less. We provide transportation to jobsite locations (employees must meet up for pickup/dropoff in Johnson City Tn)and we provide hotel accommodations. Employees are usually booked 2 to a room and no non-employees are permitted to accompany. Experience required for installer position, negotiable for helper position. Candidates should be physically able to complete normal job tasks for the flooring field.(i.e. lifting, bending, working on ground, using walk behind grinders) All employees are expected to be able to pass drug screen and submit to a background check. Looking for responsible candidates with Valid drivers license. Base pay rates depend on position and crew placement but can expect to start at around $1000 weekly plus per diem.
