Our 2 Great Danes surprised us with puppies the day before Thanksgiving. They are now 8 weeks old. They are happy little love bugs that are super healthy and ready to find amazing families. We are not breeders and are not trying to breed dogs to make money. These babies are our family members and are loved dearly. That being said, there is a rehoming fee to assess the potential new parents and I don't think it's wrong to cover some of the cost of top notch care, vaccinations, blankets, cleaning supplies, a puppy proof indoor living area, and 8 weeks of the best puppy chow that we researched thoroughly (as well as more than double mom's normal food portions). We make sure they have family time every day and put our heart and soul into the pups. Puppy care is top priority 24/7 for everyone in our house. We absolutely intend to lose money on the pups. We don't even try to make it about matching what we spend while they are still with us. Our rehoming amount is on a pup by pup basis and very dependent on the buyers communication, adequate living conditions, and of course we look for warm, good hearted people that have questions and want to share details about their lives, families, and other information to assure us that our pups will be in good hands. Talk to us, we don't want a perfect family to miss out on a pup over a reasonable difference in price point. We are located just west of Fort Pierce. They have had their first round of vaccinations and worm prevention medication. Mom and dad are both our beloved pets and available to see if you like. We will not respond to anyone who messages us asking only "how much". Sorry for the long read. I have posted a few ads now that have been flagged and I'm getting a lot of responses just asking the price. Weeding through it all makes it hard to answer all of the high potential messages.
