We are a down to earth family looking for a responsible dependable patient nanny for my 1yr old boy. I work from home (in Wendell near Clayton boarder) and need someone to come in from 8am-4:30pm on rotating weekdays with the OCCASIONAL Saturday OR Sunday. The duties would include: feeding, changing, strolling, playing/interacting with baby and making bottles. I don’t expect anyone to clean or cook. My schedule rotates anywhere from 2,3,4 days per week. We are willing to pay a flat weekly rate each week in cash regardless if you work 2,3 or 4 days in the work week to help give someone a reliable paycheck. We want someone who has dependable transportation and can be here on time and work the days they are scheduled to work as mine and my husband’s jobs depend on that. It “averages” out to 3 days a week but an example of my schedule would be : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday…then the next week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday…then the next week Wednesday, Thursday, Friday etc etc etc. so rotating work days. Some weeks only 2 days, 3 days or at most 4 days. I have my schedule well in advance. We want someone with childcare experience or a mother who can work LONG TERM and grow with our family. Right now we would pay $360 a week CASH which averages out to about $120 a day untaxed. You could even work a part time job on the side since you’d have my work schedule well in advance.
