ReggaeRock Project Seeks Drummer

My project is looking for a long term drummer. Our style can be described as "reggae rock" (sublime, tribal seeds, slightly stoopid). We play covers and originals, but for the future I want to focus on playing mostly originals. We're not a cover/tribute band. We're NOT looking for additional instrumentalists, vocalists, or songwriters. I need to keep the band a 3 piece (Gtr/Bass/Drums) until I feel we are ready to expand and the finances allow it. We gig frequently and try to practice weekly. The ideal person will be easy going, drama free, dedicated to drums, own a drum set, and have transportation. No gossip or negative energy is welcome. We've played all over the state (VA), including several small festivals. We like to have fun, but we are serious musicians. Showing up on time to gigs, being professional, and having good communication is important. We're not looking for someone who wants to change up everything, gain notoriety, or make it all about them.
