I need help getting car off highway

My tire blew yesterday and my car is stuck on the highway going towards oconto about 10 or 16 minutes north of Green Bay. I really need help as if it gets impounded I won't be able to get it out. My number is . Text me if your able to help. Car is a 2006 bmw 325i. It is lowered but I don't care of the bumper gets damaged I just need it off the highway so I can get it fixed.
