The candidate will be responsible for:
· Assist in all types of cleaning outdoors of building in all different areas when necessary or requested.
· Cleaning and sweeping of streets, parking lots, as well as grass and curb lines.
· Work outdoors in all types of weather
· Operating backpack leaf blowers, walk behind street vacuums, pressure washers, golf cart, gator.
· Outside Porter Experience a plus.
. Must have reliable transportation.
. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
. Must have janitorial skills
Shift:
16 hrs./week. Sundays & Mondays
