Drummer needed for cover band

Hi there! Our band Heavy for the Hawk is looking for a long term drummer as ours has had to step away to go back to get his PhD. We really are devastated to lose him because he was super talented, but so is life. We cover a wide variety of genres (check out our current song list on our website), our main goal being doing music we love with people that are fun to do it with. We like to have fun at practice and sometimes not so efficient, but we can also put our noses to the grindstone. We try to practice once a week, and gig about once a month. Our age range is from 26 to 45 and we would like to stick within that range, just based off of prior life conflicts and gigging energy. But, if you really are a great fit then age ain’t nothin’ but a number. Definitely looking for someone who is flexible, no big egos, patient, fun, and isn’t in it for the money. We get paid decently but anything split 6 ways is usually enough to pay expenses and a night out and that’s about it. We practice in our basement in SW Minneapolis (basically Edina) and we have a practice kit, so you really only need to bring your sticks unless you want to leave a kit with us, which we can chat about if you audition.
