Perform work orders on foreclosed homes for bank service companies. Lock changes, Winterizations, light plumbing, boarding windows, installing doors, trimming trees. Cleaning out debris. Right candidates must have valid drivers license. Will be driving company vehicles. Not afraid to be on roof, climb ladders. Experience with a variety of tools helpful. If you like to be on the move going a different type job everyday this is for you. Must be able to learn and follow directions.
