Need tree cut down please!!

The city of Eden Prairie has tagged my tree in the backyard because of disease and told me I have 10 days to get it cut down or they will use their own company and bill me. I am a single mom with no child support and cannot afford the tree company estimates. I only have $700 to spend and thats with my parents loaning me $400 of it. Is there anyone out there who would be willing to help me? I had a tree service out last year to cut a whole bunch of dead branches off the tree not realizing the whole tree should have come down and he didn't advise me, so that was wasted money and you can see in the picture its not many branches left. You don't have to haul away either, just has to be stacked for city to come and get it -under dimensions listed on my letter. I am leaving the stump in the ground. I also will help take some branches away to a wooded area by my house and will assist you in the job so you don't have to hire another person to help. This does have to be done this coming weekend as I work during the week. Temps are still going to be warm. Must have a safety harness, chainsaw, and experience. God bless you for considering this.
