I have approximately 700 square foot remodel I'm taking quotes on. All demo will be done by myself. Foundation will be in prior to start a project. I have professionally drawn blueprints that can be forwarded for bidding purposes. I am looking for someone to just do the structural framing and sheeting. The rest of the project my son and I will be handling ourselves. We have cash on hand for the project. Payment will not be an issue. Please respond by email or text.
