Property Manager looking for handyman or skilled personnel with prior experience for immediate hiring to work in empty / occupied properties Drywall - replace, repair, Spackle Light electrical - changing fixtures Plumbing - changing sump pump, vanity, toilets etc Painting Laminate / Tile floors We work on flipping homes and servicing tenanted properties. No drugs / phones on the job. Applicants should have own transport and tools and Should be willing to work on hourly / daily rate basis.
