Winter One Day Retreat: Opening the Hibernating Heart

We will begin our day with an energizing heart-opening flow with optional hands-on assists. Next, we will enjoy a grounding energetic Reiki treatment that will lead to a Yoga Nidra for hope and growth in the new year. We will break for lunch on your own for one hour. You can enjoy many local restaurants and cafes in Del Ray, or feel free to bring lunch with you. Following lunch, we will lead you through a guided meditation and visualization to open to new and infinite possibilities! We will spend time creating a crystal grid focusing on protecting, healing, and strengthening the heart's energy. Then we will create a map of our goals for the coming year! We will also make personalized oil rollers to support the heart and third eye chakra. Our afternoon will conclude with a Yin and Restorative practice, followed by a mantra and closing meditation.
