Join Natasha Dominguez, certified Practitioner of Sound Healing and Vibrational Therapy, as she hosts a 90-minute healing Sound Bath at the beautiful Kama Fly Fitness aerial studio in Manchester, NH. Let the healing sounds of sacred instruments, such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, and an incredible subatomic gong, carry you through the cosmos. You will emerge energetically aligned and refreshed, having set a powerful new intention supported by the healing vibrations of sound. **Participants will be lying on the floor, so please bring any items that would enhance your comfort. This could be your yoga mat, favorite pillow, yoga blanket, eye mask/pillow, personal sacred talismans, or crystals. Studio yoga mats, bolsters, and yoga blankets are available, but the number is limited. Remember, the more relaxed you are, the more you receive; the more you receive, the more you heal. **Please plan on arriving 10 minutes before the event to sign a waiver, if necessary, and settle in. To respect the participants' time and experience, the doors will be locked at precisely 6:00, and nobody will be allowed entry once the Sound Bath has begun. **Advanced tickets are required through Eventbrite as this event is not associated with the Kama Fitness studio calendar or class passes.
