If your kitchen sink is old and crusty and no amount of cleaning is making it fresh again, consider installing a new one! With an understanding of a sink’s plumbing connections and the sink installation process, removing an old sink and installing a new one is an excellent skill for the beginner to intermediate DIY-er.
This workshop will start with a basic overview of the plumbing connections to a kitchen sink as well as reviewing sink sizes and installation options. Next we will remove an existing sink and faucet and install the existing faucet onto a new sink. Finally we will install the new sink/faucet combo into our countertop.
