Mingling and registartion starts at 6:30pm and the start time for dating is promptly 7:00pm. Individuals who show up late may not be able to participate so please ensure you arrive 15-30 minutes before the scheduled start time. This allows enough time to check in, grab a drink, and settle in. Expect to meet 10 new people of the opposite sex who share a mutual interest in dating. We encourage everyone to be respectful, open-minded with a hint of excitement as you rotate between 10 dates sharing 5 minutes smiling, flirting and laughing while getting to know one another. When everyone has arrived the hosts will begin by giving an introduction on what to expect for the event. We will start by asking women to stay seated while men rotate every 5 minutes. Each guest will be presented with a scorecard to mark whether or not they would like to see potential dates again. There will be a 15 minute intermission halfway through allowing everyone to refresh there drinks and stretch their legs. Once everyone has rotated, around 8:30PM, you will return the scorecard to the hosts. The following day we will e-mail or call you with the contact information of your matches. After the event has concluded, you are welcome and encouraged to stay and enjoy the venue. For a more enjoyable evening, speed dating events require an even ratio of men and women. We require 7 days notice of a planned absence in order to qualify for a full refund. Nevertheless, we understand that sometimes things come up at the last minute. While we cannot refund you with less than 7 days notice, we would provide you with a code that could be used to attend another event as a replacement. In short, we never keep your money without providing you with an event. Participation at own risk. Insurance is participants responsibility. Any legally excludable liability is waived.
