Ripepi Winery will host an exclusive Tuscan dinner featuring ancient Tuscan recipes, prepared by Fabio and Virginia Semboloni as a stop on their American Wine Tour. Dinner will be prepared on site at Ripepi Winery, served with Semboloni wines, and wines will be available for purchase at the event.
Appetizer: Tuscan bruschetta and Tuscan Pecorino cheese imported by the Semboloni family
First Course: Homemade fresh Tagliatelle with typical Tuscan Ragu
Second Course: Fresh Tuscan Ravioli with Semboloni extra virgin olive oil and Mediterranean herbs
Third Course: "Spezzatino" stewed beef meat served with roasted potatoes
Dessert: "Panello con l'uva" typical Tuscan dessert
*all olive oil is the Semboloni 2022 extra virgin olive oil
