Integrated Healthcare Systems in collaboration with Humana will be hosting its 2nd Annual "Healthy Heart Walk & Health Fair. The event will be held at Integrated Healthcare Systems, in Riviera Beach, FL on Saturday, February 4, 2023 from 9:00am - 1:00pm. The event is to promote a Healthier way of life and to bring awareness to Heart Disease and Stroke. Please consider being a part of and donating to this important event, that focus on heart health. We would like your participation in helping us reach our goal to raise $10,000. Proceeds will be donated to the American Heart Association to help with the continued research and education on Heart Disease and Stroke. Healthy Heart Walk and Health Fair Event will include; * A 2.5 Mile Walk. * Health Screening. * Tour Your Heart Walkthrough. * 411 on Your Healthy Eating. * Food * Fun & Games * Vendors. For More Info Call: (561) 510-0471 (Option 1) We will be walking a total distance of 2.5 miles. - Walk will begin at Integrated Healthcare Systems (31 W. 20th St. Riviera Beach, FL 33404) We proceed East on 20th Street to Broadway. - We will turn South on Broadway, proceed over the Bridge. - We will turn around at the bottom of the bridge on 59th Street. - We proceed North on Broadway to 19th Street, turn West on 19th Street and finish at the rear of Integrated Healthcare Systems (31 W. 20th Street, Riviera Beach, FL 33404)
