Chef A. Santiago continues his 2023 Chef's Dinner series with a carefully curated menu of signature dishes. Guests will be treated to ten courses, each designed to embrace seasonal ingredients. The ten-course dinner includes passed hors d'oeuvres, community dishes, a soup course, five main courses, a palate cleanser, and concludes with Chef's specialty winter dessert. The menu will be posted on Monday, January 16, 2023. Guests will be greeted with a complimentary glass of prosecco. A full cash bar will be available throughout the event. Cancellation Policy All ingredients are regionally curated, and dishes are made to order. Due to the specialty nature of the meal, no refunds will be issued for cancellations after Friday, February 03, 2023 (if using a Camelot For Children Promotional Code, cancellations must be made before Friday, January 27, 2023, for a refunded ticket). Event Seating Chef Santiago's Dinner Series is a Community Table event; guests are encouraged to socialize with their party and others while enjoying unique and fantastic dishes.
