I have been renovating a home for several months and need to finish asap. I have a few final tasks that need to be addressed. Still, I mainly need someone to work along with me to finish the hardwood floor on two levels of the house, help finish some plaster repair, help paint three rooms and the stairwell/common area on the top floor, and finally to wire about three switches/outlets. This is only a temporary gig to help me finish up. I need someone who knows what they are doing, someone I do not have to tell what to do, who has experience with hardwood floor finishing and basic electrical/wiring experience. I have all tools needed. I want to pay hourly but am open to discussing a final job estimate, depending on your experience and demonstrated competence/experience. Need someone ASAP! Like yesterday.

Depending on how fast we can complete these tasks and how successful they turn out, many other projects around the property still need to be addressed. This could turn out to be a fairly regular on-again/off-again type gig for the right person.
