Our main focus has been on Basements, Baths, Kitchens, Custom Carpentry, Fireplace Surrounds, and Remodels. The goal is to make our client's dream home a reality. JOB DESCRIPTION It is essential that our Finish Carpenter/ Remodeler will be able to work alongside a lead Carpenter and possess the following attributes: • 5+ years experience, with attention to detail in Finish Carpentry. This can include anything from installation of Interior Doors & Baseboard to Intricate Crown Moldings; Cabinetry; Wainscot; Painted and Finished wood alike; Stair Systems. Perform duties utilizing a high level of skill with power tools and exercise the tasks with proficiency, quality and expertise • Experience and attention to detail in Finish Work including Drywall taping/texturing; Painting; Staining & Finishing; as well as Tiling and Masonry Veneer • Framing knowledge for Basements, Remodeling Work, Decks & Pergolas, Exterior Doors & Windows • Must have reliable transportation and the basic tools for finish and rough carpentry. Specialty tools will be provided by the company. There is some flexibility in the schedule as long as the tasks are being accomplished and the production schedule is maintained. We are willing to try new things for the sake of improvement. Without failure there is no success. This is a substance free environment with a No Tolerance Policy, which could lead to termination. The safety of each member depends on this. As Prestige Home Renovations continues to grow, there is opportunity for individual growth and expansion of benefits. Weeks typically consist of 40 hours, sometimes the work load requires more. We work so we can enjoy life. Work weeks will be typically 5/8hr days or 4/10hr days Vacation days are available to employees after 90 days Medical benefits may be offered in the future Vehicle and tool allowance can be discussed $20-28/hour depending on experience
