COMPANY OVERVIEW Prestige Home Renovations is a Residential Design/Build Renovation firm, whose focus is on creative design, quality craftsmanship, and customer service. Our main focus has been on Basements, Baths, Kitchens, Custom Carpentry, Fireplace Surrounds, and Remodels. The goal is to make our client's dream home a reality. There is a personal touch when our clients hire Prestige Home Renovations with the trusting atmosphere our team creates. Our clients open their home to us throughout the renovation process and we don’t take that lightly. Our team provides a trustworthy and respectful environment. JOB DESCRIPTION It is essential that our Laborer will be able to work alongside a lead Carpenter and possess the following attributes: • Experience in Remodeling is a plus, but laborers will be trained • Reliability and Punctuality is expected. Must have reliable transportation. • Must have a respectful, teachable attitude and a strong work ethic. • Performance assessed on organizational skills; cleanliness on the job site; respectful communication with coworkers, management, and clientele; and successful project completion. • You should have your own set of hand tools, which will be discussed further. • You must treat the tools and equipment of the company and co-workers with respect and care. There’s some flexibility in the schedule as long as the tasks are being accomplished and the production schedule is maintained. We are willing to try new things for the sake of improvement. Without failure there is no success. This is a substance free environment with a No Tolerance Policy, which could lead to termination. The safety of each member depends on this. As Prestige Home Renovations continues to grow, there is opportunity for individual growth and expansion of benefits. Weeks typically consist of 40 hours, sometimes the work load requires more. We work so we can enjoy life. Work weeks are typically 5/8hr days Vacation days are available to employees after 90 days Medical benefits may be offered in the future $18-21/hour depending on experience
