Handyman/home repairs & maintenance needed

I have a number of repairs and maintenance items I need completed in my home in Monticello. Im in process of getting a refinance done, to get additional funds to do updates and finishing of some rooms in the house, so there is a good possibility of more work in this near future once I have the refinance completed, if you are interested. However, I do have some repairs that need to get completed before the refinance can go through.The repairs I need completed asap are patching holes in drywall and cabinet door. I do already have some new sheetrock here and the mud, etc as i had someone else lined up for doing this. But he has started having medical problems, and it has been delayed for too long now, and I need to move forward and get this completed. Please let me know what type of work you may be able to do, your rate, and your availability.
