Any other musicians in Colorado who DON'T LIKE THE GREATFUL DEAD and will at no time ever say something like "hey, guess what Jerry Garcia did in 1972 with that song"? Yes, you? Please read on... I play violin/fiddle, mandolin and guitar and want to play jazz, klezmer, latin, bluegrass fiddle tunes, beatles/bowie, classical with someone else who can read charts and sheet music. Goal: playing at house parties, coffee shops and old age homes and food truck parks or similar venues that don't have a large number of drunks or angry people and aren't late at night..Not cool, I know. That's what you get if you play with a non drinking early bird gen x'er. Open to an accompanist or small group setting. 420 friendly. Also open to pianist to play Mozart sonatas with. Yes, I play mandolin but DO NOT CARE ABOUT DAVE GRISMAN or any of the Doc and Dawg albums and have no idea what String Cheese is and I think Red Rocks is overrated. I listen to Jacob De Badolim and my favorite venue to play in is probably Goorin Bros. Hat Shops.
