We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing light maintenance tasks at model homes in new construction communities. Some responsibilities are but not limited to: Touch up painting, caulking, removing bugs from light fixtures, changing AC filters and light cleaning.
