Older homesteader in central Texas has 1 acre in the back of the property that is wooded and perfect for an off grid build. Will trade this acre for being Handy-Man/Caretaker for the rest of the place. We can nego a long term lease. The weather here has been like early spring until just this morning, and we seem to be a little chilly again, but not freezing. Austin is about half an hour to the west, small town of Bastrop to the south 15 minutes. Looking for solid skilled ethical person with tools and truck to basically take over and manage the property.
