Commercial Cleaning Company is looking to hire cleaning associates in Annapolis and Glen Burnie areas. It's highly preferred that you live in or near Annapolis and or Glen Burnie since this is a part time job and would like to keep your travel time to a minimum. Also, this position are meant to create supplemental income and not to be your primary source of income. Responsibilities will consist of: -Wiping down counters. -Cleaning bathrooms. -Vacuuming, mopping. -Emptying trash and other janitorial duties. Requirements -High level of energy since there's a lot of walking and climbing steps. -High level of integrity since you will be trusted with keys, codes and alarms to locations. -Applicant must have a valid driver's license and own car. -Be willing to travel to different job sites. -Must be detailed oriented. -Comfortable with arming and disarming alarms. -Willing to go through a background check. -Must have own vacuum. Compensation and schedule This position consist of cleaning 5 locations. -Location #1: Annapolis. Sunday Through Thursday. Start time anytime time after 8:30pm. Cleaning takes about 1.5 hours -Location #2: Annapolis. Tuesday and Thursday. Start time anytime after 5pm. Cleaning takes about 1 hour. -Location #3: Glen Burnie. Tuesday and Friday. Start time anytime after 5pm. Cleaning takes about 1.5 hour -Location #4: Pasadena. Office gets cleaned anytime after 5pm on Friday. It can be cleaned on Saturday or Sunday as well. Every other week cleaning. Cleaning takes about 1 hour -Location #5. Millersville. Same a location #4. Except cleaning takes about 1.5 hours. These locations add up to about 13-14 hours per week. About 55 hours per month. Total Compensation: $1100 per month. You get paid $550 on the 8th and $550 on the 22nd of every month.
