I recently completed all of the big stuff in 20-month home renovation. I need help with my paint touch-up and drywall repair punch list which includes:
1) Fix caulk cracks with new caulk in crown molding/chair rail/baseboards throughout the house and paint with semi-glass paint.
2) Touch-up paintbleed spots between crown molding and wall throughout the upstairs.
3) Touch-up paint bleed spots between chair rail and wall.
4) Minor drywall repairs in kitchen, hall bath, master bath, and den.
5) Replace corner trim on one cabinet, putty trim nail holes, and paint with cabinet paint.
6) Paint interior of back door
7) Patch small bead board holes den and powder room (one each)
I have reasonable expectations of what a completed quality job is and I’m easy to work with. I successfully worked with 5 craftsmen (different trades) during my renovation. They don’t do this type punch list work.
I’ll buy all supplies and I have a 300-lb max weight fiberglass ladder that you can use. Let me know what you need to provide an estimate. I’d like to get this completed in February.
